Multiple camera views shows Little Rock police officer Charles Stark kill Bradley Blackshire, 30, by jumping in front of a car, onto the hood and firing 16 bullets into the windshield. Starks claimed Blackshire accelerated towards him and was an imminent threat, but this is not evident in any of the clips which captured the February 23 incident. A female passenger was not harmed in the shooting.
